Second and additional documents for the same person on the same visit are half the listed price.
• Certification of copy of an original document – $40
Examples: powers of attorney, IDs, transcripts, diplomas, licenses, various others
• Commission Oaths, Affidavit, or Statutory Declaration – $40
(+ $10 per attached exhibit if required)
Examples: affidavit of service, affidavit of identity, declaration of motor vehicle gift, many others
• Verification of identity with signature – $40
Examples: Child travel consent, banking documents, property transfers, others
• E-Document Certification – $40 (first 20 pages, ask about volume pricing)
Examples: website pages, twitter feeds, screen screen impressions, text threads, blog and forum postings
• Passport application without guarantor – $40
You will need to obtain a 'Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor' from the passport office.
• Notarial letter with gold seal – $50.00
• Copies / Scans – $5.00 per exposure
